Daniel T. Renk
is an attorney with in Margolis Edelstein's Employment and Labor Law group in Philadelphia. His legal practice is dedicated to representing employers in a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters, including cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and various statutory claims. With a focus on precision and a commitment to excellence, Daniel navigates the complexities of the legal landscape to provide effective counsel to our clients. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jean S. Chetney, gaining valuable insights into family law dynamics within the New Jersey Superior Court's Chancery Division in Salem County. Mr. Renk earned his B.S. degree, cum laude from Peirce College and his J.D. degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Drexel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Alecsandria Cook
is an associate attorney with O'Hagan Meyer in the Philadelphia office, where she represents clients in a wide range of employment law matters. Her practice includes claims involving discrimination based on race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and age, as well as cases concerning harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and breach of contract. Ms. Cook earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School – Camden Admissions. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Young Lawyer's Division of the New Jersey Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and the Young Lawyer's Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Cook is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Salma A. Attia
is of counsel to the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, where she focuses her practice on complex litigation and attorney ethics defense matters. She earned her B.A. degree from the Temple University School of Media and Communications and her J.D. degree from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, Ms. Attia was a quarter finalist in the Spanogle International Arbitration Competition and a recipient of the Presidential Pro Bono Recognition Award for over 609 hours of pro bono service. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Atlantic Vicinage for the Honorable Sarah Beth Johnson, J.S.C. Once her judicial clerkship ended in 2020, Ms. Attia became an associate attorney in well-regarded litigation law firms. Thereafter, she joined the Nissenbaum Law Group and was elevated to of counsel status. Ms. Attia is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the federal courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ashley B. Friedman
is senior counsel with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP, focusing her practice on employment law, labor law, commercial litigation, and general liability litigation. She represents employers in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies, in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters and has experience handling all aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial. Ms. Friedman earned her B.S. degree in biology from the University of Miami and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Ms. Friedman is a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
